Our client was considering the best RFID solution to support eCom strategy. This case study demonstrates how we designed/implemented a global “Ideal Future State” throughout the supply chain and fulfillment network during Covid-19 (10+ production locations in CA; 5 central and regional WH/3PLs in CA, US and EU). This solution will allow our client to track their inventory from manufacturing to retail/ eCom and reverse in multiple countries during Covid-19.

The “Ideal Future State” strategy included Item-level tagging used to improve accuracy and validate in-stock levels. Also, we tested/implemented RFID assets/equipment and designed UI applications on a handheld/portal screens. This allowed the client to scan item info at a pallet level automatically. Combined with a cloud-based solution this ensured automatic storage of data; eliminate manual one at time tracking/recording of item info and reduced manual entry errors. Lastly, we develop live-action indicators to capture results across the global supply chain enterprise from production to warehouse/3PLs to customer.
